Join our container built to support solopreneurs and small business owners who want to grow their business but are feeling stuck, overwhelmed, or exhausted. Shine Boldly will empower you to unleash your big ideas and develop a system that will move your business forward. Body Wellness demonstrates how supporting your body while running your business will open up your mental and emotional capacity, as well as prevent burnout.
